The Widow Rebuild Cohort

How do we begin to replace, reorganize, and rebuild?

It happens step by step, together.

Girl by the Sea

Losing a Partner Changes Everything.

—your identity, routines, and sense of self.

Our 6-week Fall Widow Rebuild Cohort begins October 2 and offers step-by-step guidance, live support, and connection with others who truly understand. Together, we’ll navigate the complete identity rebuild that follows widowhood and start creating a life that feels whole again.

Hi, I'm Leslie Palumbo.

Psychotherapist, Grief Counselor, Author, and Speaker.

I’m also walking the Widow Rebuild path myself. I lost my partner of 30 years after a long and painful battle with cancer. He had been my best friend, my everything, since I was 18. That loss required a complete identity rebuild—one I’m still navigating a decade later. It’s why I believe it doesn’t matter how long ago your loss happened—healing and rebuilding are lifelong processes. This group began from the guidance I pieced together in my own deepest grief.
