How do you want to come through this period of transition?

The only thing certain in life is change, and some changes hit you harder than others. College graduation, parenthood, divorce, midlife crisis, career shifts, the empty nest, retirement, and health challenges, can all leave you reacting to life’s circumstances, overwhelmed. When you go through a life transition, it can be extremely powerful to ask yourself how you want to come out of the event. How would you want to look back on this part of your life and see yourself growing and changing because of it?


Holding onto a vision can have powerful conscious and unconscious effects on your feelings and actions while moving through change. Therapy during life transitions is particularly effective in helping you find a new perspective, so that you feel like you are driving your life, rather than having life driving you.
